Returns Policy

You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the products via live chat or contact us at info@vapingland.com.

We will request you provide some images to check the products’ status firstly, after confirmed we will inform you to return the products back. Please note:

1. To be eligible for a return, the items must be unused/unopened and in the same condition that you received.

2. The send and return postage will cover by the customer.
