In order for your defective item to be eligible for an exchange or Refund, it must meet the following requirements:
Our return policy lasts 7 days after received. Returns are not accepted past 7 days items beyond this date are not eligible for refund or exchange.
If an item is sent in for return and is not eligible for exchange or refund we will ship it back to you. you must provide a shipping payment. Newvaping.us will not purchase a shipping label to ship back an item that was attempted for return and did not meet the criteria outlined on this page.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Newvaping.us will not be held responsible or liable for any injury, damage, or defect, permanent or temporary that may be caused by the improper use of a LI-ION battery. Please have a basic understanding of the batteries you are using and how to care for them properly.
